Our return policy is all about making it easier for you to try something different, so we've made the process of returning or exchanging items that's not as perfect easy as possible for customers.
We simply ask that:
A. The items are not worn or damaged with all original sealed packaging and tags attached.
B. The exchange or refund is sought within 10 days of purchase.
C. Customer pays shipping return cost.
(*Note: the amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase.)
We kindly suggest that you try on any item that you may not be sure about with the tags etc. still attached please.
**FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS**
